Moskito

The Moskito motors are, by their size and application, made for the speed 480 range. All have the advantage of our brushless motor technology together with its usual high standards. The motors have 4 poles with the rotors utilising a weight saving tubular construction. Therefore the motor gains dynamically against a full magnet construction. The 4-pole technology allows also for higher torque. With a weight of 110 grams the motor is 87% degrees efficient.
The Moskito motors can be supplied as direct drive or with a gearbox and is also available with a water cooling for using ina boat.

Copter

The revolution in constructing is the combination of Out- and In runner. The main improvement of the combination is a much better magnetic flow inside the rotating iron sheet. Because of this magnetic flow directing we minimize the gyromagnetic resonance loss. This is the requirement for Helicopter drive system! This new construction includes a very small air gap which is responsible for higher torque. By reversing the typical Out runner winding system SPS we took advantage. An integrated blower wheel is taking care for optimal cooling of the rotor and stator. The Copter comes with a efficiency of more the 90% what we think is a stroke of genius. The blower is bondend in direction of rotation so we get better cooling and less noise. The blower can be changed easily, to make sure you get the rotating direction you need.
We offer the Copter 30 in special version optimized on the "Henseleit mechanic Three Dee Rigid“.
By changing the magnetic system we transformed the Copter into the Copter EVO. The combination of magnetic flow directing and reverse SPS winding gave us the enormous 15% torque improvement plus 50% more overload torque. So all of this together gives you a stronger Motor for challenging Figures. The Motor will stay in cool conditions all time and the blower is very silent because of his directed shape.
There is the Copter 30-10 as well available in the modified Case to fit into the "Henseleit mechanic Three Dee Rigid".

Beim Copter EVO wurde durch weitere Optimierung des Magnetsystems die Evostufe des Motors erreicht. Neben den bekannten konstruktionsbedingten Vorteilen des Copters durch das geblechte Flussführungssystem und das umgekehrte SPS Wicklungssystem, wurde eine Steigerung des Drehmoments um 15% und eine Steigerung des Überlastmoments um 50% erreicht. Dadurch wird der Copter 30 Evo deutlich steifer in anspruchsvollen Flugfi guren. Das innen liegende Lüfterrad sorgt weiterhin für die optimale Kühlung des Rotors und der Wicklung und ist drehrichtungsgebunden, sodass die Kühlung noch effektiver ist und gleichzeitig das störende Laufgeräusch des Lüfters verringert wird. Auch der Copter 30 Evo wird im modi-fizierten Gehäuse für den „Three Dee Rigid“ von Henseleit angeboten.

Der Copter hat ein drehrichtungsabhängiges Lüfterrad, Sie müssen unbedingt die Drehrichtung des Motors angeben. Die Bestimmung der Drehrichtung ist wie folgt:

Xtra Evo

The Xtra 30-10 Evo is the most successfull direct drive motor in the class F3A. The motor is perfect for Scale, Aerobatic and 3D Aerobatic. Based on the Xtra 30-10 Evo we developed the Xtra 30-9 Evo II. This motor is modifyed and comes up the up to date scientfific findings. We optimized the magnetsystem and rised the number of windings. So we got a lower inner resistance and a higher efficiency with even more power.
For using in F3A we recommend props from 20/15” up to the special Rasa MagSix 21/16”.

Terminator

Real big models need a real big motor: TERMINATOR! Designed for big aerobatic- and scale models with 10-12 kg, with 10-12 LiPo cells.
We made the TERMINATOR with complete new developed components. Of course the motor has 3 ballbearings, 20 poles,an integrated clutch system and a 10 mm accommodation. The motor turns props up to 26“ and achieves 3,5 KW.

The HP 355 Evolution series of motors features automatic stator ring adjustments ASE. through dynamic use ASE permanently optimises reflow currentEnsuring high magnetic flux with low construction weight. The advantages of the HP 355 Evolution series are extremely high torque and very high degrees of efficiency at high loads. These advantages are especially efficient at higher windings. It is therefore not necessary to use a gearbox.The motors of this series are the most proven motors on the market due to continuous development. They are available in six different sizes and in 50 different variations. All these variations and the optional use of gearboxes, water cooling or air cooling by fan, make every wish possible.Special features are: double ball races, neodym magnets, easy to exchange carbon brushes, hardened shaft, adjustable commuting angle, custom made water cooling or fan cooling.
