Inn runner motors

The Inn runner Motor has the opposite construction to the out runner. That means the turning parts are inside and build out of Magnets. The Stator is build around and is made of Iron Plates and copper cable. The shape of the rotor and stator is design by Plettenberg and will take care of minimum weight with maximum efficiency. The development of the design and shape is made to have high performing.
The Plettenberg design is able to build Motor from 4 up to 70 Pols. Our Tube construction compared to the Full magnet construction, has a lower weight and the dynamic improves. To make sure that the rotor is true running we are using a precious computer balance system as well. The stators are handmade to make sure we get maximum packing and precision of the wiring. Every Plettenberg made gearbox is either with needle bearing or ball bearing planetary gears made; this will last longer has lower resistance and gives them proximally 97% degree of efficiency. Our Gearboxes and Motors are tested and proved in the hardest Competitions!

Out Runner Motors

The following Motors are out runner, which means the Stator is build of Iron Plates and copper cable.
The stator is inside the Motor and the Case with the Magnets is running around the Stator. These Motors are building for low RPM´s with high torque. To make sure that the case is true running we are using a precious computer balance system. Our case’s have three instead of two ballbearing for very high precision turning and the case will not run irregular. This technical is build to make the system last longer and we are able to have a minimum space between the stator and the magnet’s on the case. This is build for more coefficients and the high torques. If needed we are able to mount a plate with the fourth ball bearing.

HP 220 Gear

The HP 220 series of motors are brushless with an integrated gearbox. The motors are a lightweight alternative to direct drives. They are built with 4 or 6 poles which allows a variation to power and voltage. The planet-type gears are fitted with needle bearings while the F5B competition motors are fitted with ball raced planet-gears. The rotor are armoured with kevlar and can withstand up to 70.000 RPM without problem.
Special features are the 6mm hardened drive shaft, the quadruple ball bearings and the neodym magnets. The motors of this series are not suitable for pure power planes.

HP 220 Gear Evo

Adapted to the current rules in the class F5B we developed this engine from scratch. Served as a basis the experience of our continuous no-contest geared motors. The HP 220/30/A2 P6 5:1 Evo despite its low weight, an efficiency of 91% is achieved. The speed is adjusted with the use of 8-10S Lipos and could be lowered to the point that now a 5:1 gearbox is fitted. The stability of the motor is increased significantly. The planet gears are, as with all our FAI motors, with ball bearings.

Kima

Kima – the wave. Kima stirring up the boot drives for power boats. It is a stable, high-revving 6 pol inrunning motor. Because of the  new flow control system within the rotor, the effiency in the partial burden is much higher. The efficiency is max. 91% the the stable 12 mm shaft is with an internal couple system to fix a shaft of 1/4". To make sure the motor is cooled well there is a watercooling on it and also an internal cooling fan inside the motor.

For using the motor in a RC-Car the motors is fitted with special coolingripps and fan and are optimised to the special demands in the RC Cars 1:5 and 1:6 Offroads. The motor shafts are developed for pinion conformist of the company FG.
The Kima Car 50/3 is the perfect motor for the discerning  (Competition)-Offroad-Driver.

Dinator

Dinator is more stable, faster rotating In-Runner made with a specially constructed Strator Rotor. The rotor is built out of single laser-cut metal sheets. It is the first time, that this technology has been used in an electric motor. This has advantages under partial load conditions because losses are reduced during magnetic resetting. Further notable benefits are derived from an efficiency factor of about 90%, stable 8mm shaft and low inner resistance.

Orbit

The 10 pole Orbit out runner motor is built with materials of the highest quality.
The proven sheet metal armature from the HP 355 series, neodyme magnets, triple ball bearings and a balanced casing guarantee high torque, efficiency and smooth rotation.
The driveshaft can be custom built on to the front or the back of the motor. Please state your preference when ordering. The standard version is „Shaft in front“.
The motors are ideally suited for power models, fun flyers, scal models and for helicopters.

The legend is back.

The HP 320/30 was in the 80s the drive for high-torque direct drive glider. The direct drive, without gear, is back. As a brushless inrunning motet with integrated cooling fan and optimized cooling ribs of the drive is adapted to the needs of today. Built in the latest technology, of course, hand-wound, an ideal nose drive for big glider with medium propeller (14 "), 3-D model up to 4 kg and aerobatic modeel up to 5 kg.

Advance

If you don´t go forwards, you go backwards. Thats why we are working on our progress permanently.
The result of our work is in this case our new motor – Advance. The main advantage lies in a new flow control system within the rotor. Through this flow control system the losses are in the partial burden company minimized. The motor has in inrunning fan for best cooling. The efficiency of this Inrunner could be increased and is now about 91%. The motor is equiped with a 12 mm hollowshaft. The motor is developed for mounting inside the fuselage of the model.

Terminator Evo

Predator Evo

Our most powerful motor was redesigned and new technologies have been implemented. In the current version of the Evo motor we could increase the nominal torque by 15% and the overload torque by 50%, by further optimization of the magnetic system. The power remains with up to 15 kW. That means, that aerobatics programs can be flown sovereign over a period of 10 minutes. By the optimization, the spectrum of the potential airscrews becomes significantly larger up to a 32” 3-blade-propeller.

Teras 50/BM

Teras – the monster with tremendous power. The performance of the Teras is significantly higher than that of the HP 370 class and thus makes it a giant on the water. This is a stable, high-revving 4-pin internal rotor of a specially designed stator/rotor laminate. Here too, the technology of a laminated rotor is applied. This brings advantages in the partial-load operation because the core losses are lower.

Other obvious advantages are provided by a high degree of efficiency of about 90%, a stable 12 mm shaft with an integrated and proven coupling system for vibration-free operation and low internal resistance. For optimum cooling, the motors are fitted with a built-in fan and water cooling based on a proven system. With 6-8 KW output, power boating is REALLY fun.
